Robert Bolin, President
Mr. Bolin is the founder and President/CEO of Ranger Environmental, Inc. (REI). He is in his nineteenth year of experience in the environmental consulting industry in Louisiana and is also experienced in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas. Mr. Bolin is currently active in both the technical and administrative aspects of the firm. He is the Principal Consultant for the UST Services and Property Redevelopment Services. Mr. Bolin’s field of expertise include: UST removal/closure; site evaluation and property redevelopment; project management; solid waste management; oil and hazardous substance spill prevention and emergency response abatement; hazardous/toxic cylinder demolition; above ground storage tank installation; regulatory compliance; demolition; and litigation support.

Jerry Sossamon, Vice President/Principal Consultant
Jerry Sossaman, Vice President
After service in the USMC, Mr. Sossamon returned home and received a B.S. in Earth Sciences from the University of New Orleans. Mr. Sossamon has seventeen years experience in environmental consulting and an additional six years experience in related science endeavors. Mr. Sossamon began his environmental consultant career performing site assessments and corrective actions for the nation’s largest environmental, geotechnical, and materials testing professional engineering company. He became manager and obtained the position of Vice President and Principal Consultant of the Louisiana and Mississippi Operations. At REI, Mr. Sossamon is the Principal Consultant for environmental site assessment (ESA) and consulting services, corrective actions, and indoor air quality studies. Mr. Sossamon has consulted on thousands of projects for private, commercial, financial, educational, industrial, municipal, parish, state, federal, highway and aviation, and military clients.

Emily Reeves, MSPH, Environmental Scientist
Ms. Reeves obtained her Master of Science in Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences in 2002 from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She has over five years experience in the environmental consulting industry in Louisiana. Ms. Reeves
is responsible for the evaluation of analytical data and preparing risk assessments and reports, and developing remediation plans. Her thorough knowledge of toxicology and state and federal environmental regulations allows her to provide the most appropriate technical assistance for nearly any type of environmental project. Currently, she is responsible for the technical guidance and report preparation for Phase I/II/III ESAs, RECAP Assessments, UST closures, corrective action plans, asbestos, lead paint, mold and air quality projects, and all other services performed by the environmental operation.

Ms. Covington has over fourteen years experience in the environmental consulting industry in Louisiana. Ms. Covington is responsible for overseeing, directing and coordinating operations for the day to day activities of REI and the safety training for employees. She performs characterization of unknown wastes and characterization of various types of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes planned for disposal. She identifies the appropriate disposal site, arranges for waste acceptance and disposal and coordinates field activities for UST removals, contaminated soil remediation for hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. Ms. Covington is knowledgeable of the UST Motor Fuels Trust Fund regulations. She is experienced in completing the regulatory paperwork required in UST Motor Fuels Trust Fund applications, UST closures, hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, and EPA regulatory compliance and permits.
